Rules
The rules of the District are intended to be consistent with and implement the objectives of the District’s enabling legislation, Chapter 36 Texas Water Code, the District’s management plan, and other general laws applicable to the District, as may be amended. The District has adopted rules that regulate the use of groundwater with well spacing, well permitting and production limits.
